Merelyn Leon is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She earned her nursing degree from Barry University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Florida National University, further enhancing her expertise with a post-graduate certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
With a strong foundation in acute and chronic care management, Merelyn began her career in a fast-paced hospital setting, where she developed the critical skills needed to provide comprehensive and compassionate care. Now, as an FNP-BC, she is dedicated to fostering meaningful patient relationships and promoting long-term wellness through a holistic, preventive approach. She believes in empowering her patients with education and personalized treatment plans that support their overall health and well-being.
Merelyn is committed to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of medical advancements to ensure her patients receive the best possible care. Known for her empathy, reliability, and dedication, she takes the time to truly understand her patients' needs, creating a supportive and trusting healthcare experience.

Dr. Lindita Hobdari, a highly respected Board-Certified Family Medicine specialist, has been a trusted presence in Naples healthcare for over 19 years. Named on the Castle Connolly Top Doctors list every year since 2008, Dr.Hobdari is celebrated for her compassionate and quality care. Originally from Albania, she began her medical education at the University of Tirana before completing her residency at Bon Secours Hospital in Michigan.
In 2012, she founded Hobdari Family Health, focusing on prevention and alternative approaches to healthcare. Guided by her holistic philosophy, Dr.Hobdari became a certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, inspiring her to establish Naples Functional Medicine Healing in 2023 to provide integrated care.
In October 2024, she expanded her practice, adding a satellite office in Bonita Springs, to enhance accessibility for patients. Dr. Hobdari and her dedicated team extend a warm welcome to new patients and offer same-day appointments to ensure everyone receives exceptional, personalized care.
