I filled out paperwork online with my info and meds to avoid the clipboard and having to do it in the waiting room. When I got there they said didn’t have it. They put me into the room and nurse came in and proceeded to ask me everything I had filled out online form all over again, which I don’t remember my meds and mg. etc. She appeared to get frustrated when I told her I sent all this online and used Zocdoc.. which she said they didn’t have. When Dr. Hobdari came in she told me yes they did have my meds and paperwork and I just needed to sign a couple of forms. Whew.
